A Prayer for You Today

Father, 

Criticism is not something I enjoy. Like many people, it makes me feel bad about myself and stirs up painful memories from the past. Please help me learn to accept correction and grow from it. Equip my heart to remain strong when others offer feedback that is hard to hear.
