Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your gentle heart of love toward Israel and toward me. Help me see You as a delighted father rather than as an angry dictator. Thank You for holding back Your right to vent the full fury of Your anger for my sake. Help me trust You to ease the yoke of slavery to sin from my jaw and give me food, the Bread of Life. In Jesus’s name, amen.
