Victoria Police say they "strongly believe" fugitive Dezi Freeman is in the Mount Buffalo National Park area, deceased.

The fugitive has not been seen since he allegedly shot and killed two police officers and fled into the Victorian bush in August.

Authorities and volunteers are starting a five day search of the Mount Buffalo National Park today.

Police say they've searched caves, the mines, and rivers and have not uncovered any evidence to suggest he is still in the alive in the area.

Aussie electronic star Tame Impala has landed a second Grammy.

The music project of WA local Kevin Parker took out the Dance / Electronic Recording category with seven minute track "End of Summer."

Tame Impala also won the category last year.

Médecins Sans Frontières says Israel's ban of the medical charity in Gaza will be catastrophic.

Israel says it'll ban M-S-F - also known as Doctors Without Borders - for not handing over a list of staff, with Israel claiming some have links to Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

MSF rejects that, and says it won't share the list because Israel hasn't assured the staff will be safe.

The organisation says its work is desperately needed in Gaza for medical care, clean water and food.

Aussie billionaire Clive Palmer's denied claims his 2019 election campaign was influenced by a senior advisor to US President Donald Trump.

The claims surfaced in text messages released by the US Justice Departnent as part of the Epstein files.

The messages are between Mr Trump's former chief strategist Steve Bannon, and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

They reveal Mr Bannon claimed to have directed Clive Palmer on political ads with anti China and climate change messaging.

A spokesperson for Mr Palmer says the billionaire "has never spoken to Bannon."
