A.C.E Podcast Nation

Si (@ACEcast_Nation) and Rhys (@ShoreCeltic) are back delving into another Conspiracy Theory and boy oh boy its a big one. MK Ultra is the name of the project where the CIA and American Government experimented with mind control, hypnosis, trauma inducing torture and narcotics to try to create their very own Manchurian Candidate.

Scary? Definitely!! A conspiracy? ABSOLUTELY!! True? Most probably but what do you think of the whole thing? LEt us know what you decide?

Si (@ACEcast_Nation) & Rhys (@ShoreCeltic) are back to go down the rabbit hole of paranoia and government conspiracy. Episode 13 in our series on Conspiracy Theories is focused on the weirdness of The Mandela Effects. Hear the boys light heartedly discuss various Mandela Effects and the potential reasons behind these weird occurances. The boys look into some of the strangest Mandela Effects and you can listen in too their reactions as they realise they remember things differently to each other.

False Memories? Change in the time line due to Time Travel? Parallel universes? Or something even stranger, you decide?

As part of our ongoing series focusing on Mental Health we are back with another show this time taking a detailed look at Dissociative identity disorder, sometimes known as Multiple Personality disorder. To join Si (@ACEcast_Nation) and give an insight into the daily impact of living with D.I.D is Cris Itterman otherwise known as The Crisses (@TheCrisses)

They discuss lots of different aspects of this complex subject including symptoms, treatments, causes and much more.

Our aim with our series on Mental Health is too shine a light onto different disorders and conditions by speaking to the people effected, Their families or medical professionals. Previously we have spoken to parents of children with ADHD, a specialist doctor, a former addict and talked about grief and depression all of which can be found in our mental health series playlist as well as our Mental Health in Sport series and the many others we feature. We hope that by speaking openly about our own issues and hearing other peoples stories that we can help break mental health stigmas, educate people, raise awareness and maybe help a few people along the way.

Thanks so much to The Crisses for coming on and being so open about D.I,D. You can visit www.kinhost.org or http://liberatedlifecoaching.com for more information and read some of Criss work.
