This is a real life quickie about really getting back into alignment and slowing the F down.  I needed to reset after a major crazy three months of travel and changes and chaos and it was so wonderful to get back into slowing down and feeling great.  It's amazing how much life can get easier when you decide to stop hustling so much and relaxing into all the good things life has to offer.
