In this week's Shift the Field TV episode, I demonstrate how to use a transformational tool (my favorite!) to discern when to use an intuitive reader and when not to.
This tool makes it easy to see the connection between commitment, the ability to receive valuable insights from an intuitive source, and how to integrate the information you receive.
This video was inspired by a conversation I had with a friend/colleague about a recent, intuitive reading they had just had. They were picking and choosing what wisdom and insights they would accept as truth and others they discounted.
While you should always tune in to yourself about any information you receive, I recommend people ask themselves a few questions before considering an intuitive reading as supplemental information.
I always like to use the Anatomy of a Transformation when discerning when to use an intuitive reading. My favorite transformational tool!
First, are you committed to receiving the truth, whatever that may be? I noticed my friend was receiving her truth without commitment. The best time to receive a reading is when you are FULLY COMMITTED.
Next, do you have support for when you see the truth? Who will be with you for the rest of your journey (after the reading) to integrate the information?
That is what we do at Sourced. We create curated experiences for people to see the truth or energy pattern running the show and blocking them from their full expression. We then support them in integrating their new energy when they return to everyday life.
Learn about upcoming opportunities to see your truth and discover a new energy available.
In this week's Shift the Field TV podcast episode, I sat down with Wendy Lee of LeadHERship Revolution and riffed on her idea of a new and fresh way to lead and why hustling isn't sexy or sustainable.
Wendy began her transformational journey while still working in the Human Resources industry. She brought all she learned about transformation into her work and started relating to people differently.
She became more vulnerable intentionally, and the new exchange of compassion she experienced made her realize that if she remained in the corporate world, she would be limited by rules and regulations and unable to express herself fully.
Learn more about Wendy, LeadHERship Revolution, and how being vulnerable can be an advantage in this week's Shift the Field TV podcast episode, "A New and Fresh Way to Lead, and why hustling isn't sexy or sustainable." 💗

In this week's Shift the Field TV podcast, I share one of my favorite tools for breaking through an upper limit or barrier to grow my business.
It may surprise you!
I have done this at several points in my business when I knew there was something more I was here to do or express or receive, especially regarding revenue growth, but something was standing in my way.
In these circumstances, joining a container where I am seen has served me well. I ultimately grow by finding a group or sacred container to express myself, be witnessed, and reflect the energy back to me.
When we find ourselves hitting a plateau, something is often hidden from our view. Only the loving support of a sacred container can find that hidden energy pattern, transform it and make new energy available to reach our goals.
Becoming visible in a group is great practice to become visible in the world! We can help with that! If you are interested in stepping into a container of support that's focus is on becoming visible and being seen, I invite you to learn more about our Masterpiece Mastermind program here: 🔥📸 https://sourcedexperience.com/masterpiece-mastermind
In this week's Shift the Field TV podcast episode, I share a story about affirmations that I received from an intuitive recently! A friend gifted me an intuitive reading, which I approached with an open mind and without any particular expectations.
To my delight, the message affirmed everything I already know to be true. The reading did not offer me any new information but instead served as a powerful confirmation of what I already believe - I'm living Sourced!
While new information can be fun and novel when it comes to intuitive readings, affirmations and validation of your path can be equally, if not more, fulfilling.

In this episode on Shift the Field podcast, I tell you about a time I made my presentation more important than my presence during Transformational Storytime.
When I started my coaching business, I had a motto for myself. "Who you are BEING is more important than what you are DOING." I knew it and believed it, so imagine my surprise when I signed up for a speaker training and found my beingness in complete conflict with my doingness.
It was one of those times that something hidden from my view was revealed and permanently shifted my field.
In this week's Shift the Field TV episode, I discuss how to use the Anatomy of a Transformation as a tool for inner peace. This framework for transformation is an effective tool to use in your own life and with your clients to embrace a new awareness and create a permanent shift in how you show up and interact with life.
I go through the three stages of the Anatomy of a Transformation and include a solid, real-life example to which any human can relate. Watch this week's episode, The Anatomy of a Transformation, a Tool for Inner Peace, to add another transformational tool to your toolbox that will support seeing what may be hidden from your view and holding you back from realizing the best version of yourself.
As transformational leaders, we often hear and use the term holding space. But what does it mean? In this week's Shift the Field TV podcast, I discuss the term "holding space."
First, it is essential to define how I define transformation. Transformation is seeing a hidden truth and creating a new awareness that permanently shifts how we show up and interact with life. This energy pattern or limiting belief is making all our decisions. Once we are aware of it, we can determine if it serves us or if it needs a new job that is more productive and fruitful.
So what is holding space, and what is it not? One way people interpret holding space is that we take on our client's problems and transform and transmute them ourselves. The problem with that is it is depleting. While taking on all their burdens, we deplete our energy, which can become unsustainable. It does not create a new awareness or permanent shift.
What are we holding space for, with the goal being transformation? We are holding space for our clients to be present with their truth about how they have been being that no longer serves them. As transformational coaches, we train to be there for them to become present to their new truth with complete nonjudgment and love.
Our job as transformational leaders and coaches is to increase our capacity to be with discomfort, desire, unmet needs, and longing so our clients can discern whether or not their being still serves them.

In this week's Shift the Field TV podcast, I explore three ways to evaluate a potential collaboration. Partnerships and collaborations are a great way to grow your audience and build your email list. Throughout my coaching career, I have seen people enter into collaborations without answering three key questions when deciding whether to move forward.

In today's podcast, I share an exercise to help you hone your Clarity Point. What is your Clarity Point? Your Clarity Point is, put simply, the thing you know for sure.
As transformational leaders and coaches, sometimes it can be hard to describe who you are and what you do. When you have internal clarity on both, you can easily determine if you are aligned with your work and your clients' needs.
I offer a transformational tool and exercise to help you understand your Clarity Point and how to use it as the backbone of your business and brand.
In this week's podcast, I dive deep with curiosity to explore the unknown of solo travel with Certified Sourced Leader Robin Finney!
We discussed her unconventional life as a nomad, traveling solo to 22 countries across six continents, practicing radical trust and curiosity, and using Source to guide the way. Her goal is to inspire others to travel and step into the unknown so they may find themselves on a deeper level and take inspired action to embrace their magic fully.
Within the discussion, we visited potential roadblocks people considering solo travel may encounter, like worry about safety, the language barrier, and how to tackle each. Robin highly values solo travel as a vehicle for discovering your most authentic self and bringing that being back with you to everyday life.
Darla also recounted a recent Desire Session, the first step in working with Robin. While Darla knew the destination, Scandinavia, she felt ambivalent about her upcoming trip, and Robin worked with her to discover the why or why not.
With Robin's help, Darla shifted her thinking and now considers Scandinavia a potentially magical place. Spoiler alert: Darla has purchased a one-way ticket to Sweden with an open-ended return.
