Activations with JJ

What if practice itself IS perfection?

In this episode of Activations with JJ, I'm joined by my mom, Terisa Shashea, for a playful conversation and spontaneous co-channeling of the Star Mothers and Star Grandmothers.

Together, we explore the keycode "Practice Makes Perfect," reframing perfectionism, celebrating our progress, and embracing practice as a joyful part of our evolution.

✨ In this episode:

Why practice is the perfection, not the path to it

Releasing pressure as we integrate new frequencies

Celebrating the little accomplishments

Channeling, light language, and conscious creation

A special transmission from the Star Mothers + Star Grandmothers

Welcome to the October 2026 Energy Blueprint! ✨

This month, we’re exploring four key codes that are coming forward to support us as we move through October:

The Power of Creation — Reclaiming our innate ability to create and remembering that creation is encoded within our bodies.

Infinite Possibilities — Opening to the endless possibilities available to us across time, space, and our own expansion.

Recommended Redress — Exploring balance, recalibration, and what may be asking to be restored, revisited, or brought back into alignment.

Practice Makes Perfect — Practicing our frequency, refining what we hold, and learning to sustain our individual note within the greater architecture of humanity.

We’ll also explore five sacred sites that came forward as particularly significant for October:

Uluru, the Giza Plateau, Serpent Mound, Mount Shasta, and Mount Kailash.

As always, I would love to hear what resonates. Which of these key codes have already been showing up for you?

Share your synchronicities in the comments!

Hello, beautiful lightweavers!

In this episode of Activations with JJ, I’m answering your questions about light language, multidimensional aspects, divine councils, Andromedans, gridwork, and what it means to remember more of who we are.

We also explore this week’s keycode: integrity—not through the lens of right or wrong, but as wholeness, coherence, and integration.

✨ IN THIS EPISODE:

• Multidimensional aspects + your divine council

• Andromedan Star Mothers + their connection with trees

• Interpreting light language

• Using light language with Gaia + gridwork

• The keycode of integrity

• Pleiadian light language + guided activation

At the end, I share a Pleiadian/Lemurian transmission and calibration around integrity, our physical bodies, Gaia, community, and our relationship with the Earth.

September 23-25 - Cosmic Dragon Quantum Codex:

(Completed)

Hello, dear lightweavers!

This week, I’m connecting with the beautiful Sophia Dragon Collective for a channeled message around presence—and what it means to fully honor both our humanness and our multidimensional nature...or "humalactic" as I like to say!

We explore embodiment, our plasmic light bodies, the balance between our human and cosmic selves, and the invitation to become more deeply present with this unique experience of being here, now.

With love,JJ ✨🐉

The Cosmic Dragons have been coming through strongly lately and in this episode, we’re going deeper. 🐉✨

We explore grounding, embodiment, and what it means to bring more of our multidimensional consciousness into the physical body as the frequencies around us continue to increase.

Then we open the field to three distinct dragon transmissions:

🐉 Pleiadian Dragons — high heart, family, and awakening through our biological lineages

🐉 Andromedan Dragon Mother — heart, high heart, stellar gateway, and a powerful magenta ray frequency

🐉 Emerald Dragon Collective — Thoth, the Emerald Tablets, Phoenix energy, Gaia, Egypt, and the back heart

This episode is both conversation and activation, with a strong invitation to stay present in the body, breathe, move, ground, and let the frequencies integrate in your own way.

Drink some water, get outside afterward if you can, and notice what continues unfolding.

With love, JJ

Welcome to the September 2026 Energy Blueprint! ✨

This month, four keycodes came forward to support the energetic architecture we are moving through:

✨ Homecoming

✨ Simplicity

✨ Presence

✨ IntegrityI

n this episode, I explore each of these frequencies and what they may be inviting us to notice individually and collectively.

We’ll also connect with a new presence coming through, the White Dove Collective, and explore the White Dove frequency as an energetic template of peace, purity, reconciliation, presence, and homecoming.

The channeled message that came through was such a beautiful reminder that home is not necessarily somewhere we need to return to.

Home is something we carry within us. The White Dove Collective speaks about our original divine blueprint, the experience of separation, our connection to Source, and the invitation to return to wholeness, simplicity, presence, and love.

As always, the Energy Blueprint is part information and part activation, so give yourself space to receive the light language, transmissions, and frequencies in whatever way feels aligned for you.

In this episode of Activations with JJ, we enter a field of quiet expansion and galactic reconciliation with the Orion Star Mothers.

Through a channeled message and guided gridwork experience, the Star Mothers speak about humanity’s role within a much larger galactic field of harmonization—and how what we are witnessing on Earth may reflect a greater process of convergence occurring across galactic lineages.

We explore the return of the Galactic Historian template, the role of crystals and crystal beings in supporting Gaia, and the reminder that our bodies already know how to participate in this work without needing to overthink it.

What if this lifetime is a convergence point for your soul?

✨In this episode, we’re diving into **Multidimensional Soul Integration (MSI)** — how this modality first came into my field, how it has evolved over the last four years, and what it means to consciously integrate the wisdom, architecture, keys + codes held across lifetimes and timelines.

We’ll explore soul architecture, Oversoul consciousness, soul integration, and the possibility of choosing this incarnation as a **lifetime of mastery**.Plus, we begin with a beautiful **Key Code of Gratitude + Light Language activation** and close with a channeled transmission from **Sanat Kumara + White Tara** around convergence, choice points, and the multidimensional journey of the soul.If your soul recognizes this, there may be something here for you.

In this episode of Activations with JJ, we dive into the multidimensional world of alchemy as a living practice of transformation, creation, integration, and remembrance. As we continue integrating higher frequencies and ascension codes, understanding alchemy can help us move through these shifts with greater fluidity—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. We’ll connect with Merlin and the Master Alchemist field as we explore everything from Self Alchemy and Heart Alchemy to Timeline Alchemy and the role we each play as both student and teacher. We also pull cards from Neo Heart’s Fembot Oracle, with the frequencies of Integrity, Vitality, and The Manifestor setting the stage for a spontaneous channeled transmission. We explore the sacred waters of the body, adaptive architecture, transformation, and the importance of bringing curiosity, creativity, and the inner child into our alchemical practice. And finally, we journey to Avebury, where I recorded a special transmission on July 25—the Day Out of Time—during our Between Time retreat. From this ancient landscape, we move deeper into the mysteries of time, timelines, and the alchemy available when we begin relating to creation in an entirely new way.
