Bev & Stephanie Introduce the New Series About Women from 35 - 105
Welcome to Active After 35 Thrive to 105, an adventure into wellness and vitality as we age.
Hi, I’m Stephanie Atwood, author, nutritionist, trainer, and coach and I co-host this series with Bev Short, photographer, nutritionist, and trainer. We have a message that we want to share.
Our message is about aging well. We are ALL getting older every day yet there is no reason to compromise on a full, fun, and healthy life.
What does this mean? It means that we want to share information and motivation to keep you feeling alive and well, every day in every way.
Active After 35 will offer tips and tricks that apply to women at all ages and stages of life. We will interview experts ranging in age from the 30’s to the 100’s and in subjects as diverse as marathon training to planning meals, meditating, and shopping at Farmers’ Markets.
We will share from our own experiences including our fitness and nutrition backgrounds. We will also include interviews with adults over 35 willing to share their expertise and inspirational stories. These talks will be geared to motivate, educate, and entice you.
And, there will be surprises along the way! Food, fun, facts, and inspiration. Topics are limitless but all will fall into the category of Active and Well after 35 with no top age limit.
I have personally been involved in fitness, wellness, and nutrition for more than 40 years and have spent most of my adult life sharing the joys of living well through good health and vibrant community.
Bev is much newer to the wellness arena but has joined with much passion and conviction. She has changed her life to accommodate this new understanding of good health and loves sharing that with others.
Thank you for joining us on this entertaining adventure. We will have fun and even laugh a lot. We look forward to making new friends and sharing time with you.
