This is a sermon I delivered on a series in the book of Acts. I address Acts 10-11 and Peter's hesitation to eat with Gentiles and the Jerusalem Church's anger with him for doing so. Then I address all the radical changes the early Christians faced with the new movement: they can eat with Gentiles; they can eat forbidden food; no more passover celebrations; Church is on Sunday; etc. Change is what it means to become a Christian (repentance means "to change one's mind") and what it means to be a Christian (we should be constantly changing into the likeness of Christ). Yet, most churches and many Christians resist change!
