Why we shouldn’t shame ourselves once we find ourselves realizing we may be doing this, and why it throws our lives off balance. I also touch a bit on personal dating situations for me, and why I’m still finding myself drawn to a not so great dynamic because it’s FAMILIAR. Familiarity = comfort.
