In this episode I am joined by Adelle Desouza, Founder of HireHigher and Digital Marketing Manager at Macquarie Cloud Services.  Adelle is very passionate about the importance of diverse talent, specifically within the data centre sector.

Adelle shares how she started her career by following in her fathers footsteps in to the data centre sector. Having entered the sector after graduation Adelle explains the challenges of starting a career in what is perceived as a highly technical sector.

We then discuss HireHigher and why Adelle is so passionate about sharing the sector with young people and improving diversity in the sector. Adelle explains why diverse talent is so important and what we can all do to help attract more talent to the sector.

Adelle is on a mission to create change and hopefully this episode will result in more people joining the revolution!
