Drone Crash? Who is Liable?

Peter, our caller is a high school teacher is perturbed by a drone flying over his school premises. Particularly, Peter is worried that the drone might crash and damage property or even worse, hurt a student. In today's show, Peter is wondering if his school can be held liable should such an event occur.
