However, there is one thing for certain, the secrets to keep our brain healthy is to stay young at our hearts. Data from a group of South Korean scientists shows that people who think they are younger than their actual age are more likely to score better on memory tests. They were also less likely to be depressed. People who feel younger have a younger brain structure. And those who feel older may have come to terms with their true age, a perception that limits their actions and makes them less active, further affecting their cognitive abilities.
