In Part 2 of Q: The Plan To Save The World we find out that JFK and Reagan and tried to stop the Deep State and got shot for their efforts. The bad guys really got us on the ropes but it turns out there are good guys fighting for us and if they find the right candidate to run they'll beat the Deep State and save the world.
