It is said that we are what we think. If that is true, then it would stand to reason that our affirmations can play a big role in who we become. Affirmations are positive statements that help to shape our thinking and beliefs. By repeating these statements to ourselves on a daily basis, we can begin to change the way we think, feel, and behave.

There are many different ways to use affirmations. You can write them down and post them somewhere you will see them often, such as on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror. Or, you can carry them around with you on index cards or on your smartphone. You can also listen to recorded affirmations or create your own recordings. Whichever method you choose, the key is to be consistent. repetition is important when it comes to affirmations because it takes time for our minds to really absorb and believe the new thoughts we are trying to create.
