You know that feeling when you just vibe with a coworker and think, "Yeah, I could definitely hang out with you"? That’s Aisha for me, lol. This was actually the first time we made real plans to hang out outside of work. We hadn’t had the chance yet to really sit down, talk about life, and get to know each other beyond the day to day.

From what I’ve seen, Aisha is strong, self-aware, and determined. But I can’t help but wonder, who is she underneath that tough exterior?

Usually, when someone carries themselves with that kind of strength, it’s because they’ve been through their share of heartbreak and hardship. Underneath it all, there’s often a softness, shaped by everything they've survived and a heart that's learned to protect itself.
