In this episode I talk all about The Law of Balance - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I speak about:
* not only does our survival depend upon balance, so do the quality of our life and the state of our psyche.
* Over time we remain in balance as long as we work both sides equally and return to center.
* Balance is key to a long and healthy life.
* What constitutes balance differs somewhat for each of us during to our difference temperaments, dispositions and constitutions.
* Each of us needs to find our own middle needs, not by someone else’s values.
* Balance is whatever works best for you.
* Testing our limits and exploring the extremes on either side, then learning from the consequences.
* The law of balance reminds us to look carefully at the areas that may be out of balance in our own life.
* Do we balance the masculine and feminine sides of ourselves?
* This law helps us see ourselves with better perspective, make appropriate adjustments, and find a deeper sense of health, harmony and inner peace.
