• Bone turnover in postmenopausal women

Indications:

Evaluation of ALP:

• Hepatobiliary disease
• Malignancies
• Bone disease
• Bone damage in renal patients

Normal Therapeutic Values:

Normal – 40-130 U/L

What would cause increased levels?

• Congestive heart failure

• Sarcoidosis
