The subject is around being selfish to be selfless. 

People often think that by putting others first all the time, that they are more giving and supporting. This is normally not true.

The more true you can be to yourself, and the more selfish you can be to get in a place of certainty, the more people you will be able to serve. But there is a trick to it.
