Hi and Hello. Welcome to Always Tribbyn'! Kicking off the new year we have the final fantasy football update, no spoilers. It's been a fun season lots of ups but also some downs when it mattered most. So needless to say it twasn't my year.  

I look ahead to real life playoffs as my AZ Cardinals take on the Rams again for a 3rd time this season. And even hope for a second that the cow team out here in Texas advances for another ass whoopin' in the second round of the playoffs. 

Finally jumping into the meat and potatoes I talk about the passion fans like myself have for our teams and what that passion could bring if we applied it outside of the game. 

Hello there and welcome to Always Tribbyn, I'm Mike. This week as the year winds down and social media is flooded with hashtags of new years and new beginnings I consider what new years resolutions mean to me. And I can honestly say they don't mean a thing really. The magic of the holidays while intoxicating and inspiring usually fades as the weeks pass as do the people in the gym. Change doesn't comes from a holiday resolution but from daily dedication, reflection and some self loving. 

Finally not here for spoilers but if there is not already a petition for more Spidermans in more movies then here we go.

Welcome back to Always Tribbyn! This week with Christmas just around the corner I want to talk about what is really important this time of the year, scooters. 

Kidding, no for me the best time about the holidays is the present of presence and being there for one another. During my years I have had some bad holidays, times where I had no reasons to celebrate but when you focus on the who and not the what, bad days can turn great. 

And yes as I was finishing up this episode the Cardinals were dismantled by the Lions like that Chuckie doll my aunt bought my brother..... slaughtered. The trash talk will be real this week and rightfully so. But it is still our year! Go Cards! 

Hey and hello. Back at it again this week with a new episode! This week I talk the NFL Fantasy Football regular season, with playoffs around the corner it is almost safe to say the comeback season was a success.... so far. After a 1- 3 start followed by an 8 game winning streak this is the year for Arizona teams. Even if this one is currently based in Texas. 

But then the real focus of the week is focusing on what is most important. Life is hectic and it only gets crazier the more we do. Trying to balance out priorities and meet goals is no easy task but one that is essential to success. For me that is trying to plan out time between work and life and while its been good, the goal is great! But with everything in life its all about putting in the work.

I have had the privilege working out my material with Cody and a lot of other talented comic at Hyenas Fort Worth as we chase the ultimate dream of getting paid to make people laugh, ideally with us, but at us works too. Gotta pay them bills. 

This episode we talk about the grind, finding the good in bombing on stage, and even life on mars and future cars. 

He's a very funny and talented guy you can always catch grinding it out at open mics across the state and also at The Brazos Theater in Waco, TX on December 11th.

Hi and hello there. This week we are back after a long week of open mics and bar comedy, it's nicer than it sounds. Starting off with our fantasy football update, balling, followed by our Cardinals update, also balling... 

I talk about the crypto take over in the NFL. There has been a recent trend of players choosing coin over over paper, most recently new Rams WR Odell Beckham taking his entire salary in bitcoin. As crypto becomes more and more main stream with millions pouring in I contemplate how far it will go. 

From money to the building of virtual worlds is the future all digital? Or is it just a trend? Only time can tell. 

Finally I take a look back at Thanksgivings past and finding a way to be thankful even in the dark.

The selfish and unnecessary omission of truth that fuels mistrust against the choice to say how you really feel has caused a lot off issues over these past two years with COVID. At this point we need more discussion and openness and less deceit. I also talk about the mind blowing rally out here in Dallas this past week... I have no words... We can only hope for the Rock dive from a bald eagle to lay down the peoples elbow on the entire system. Just kidding, mostly. 

And most importantly there is a special young man named Logan putting together clothing, goods and meals to the homeless. It is his second year and he just turned 7! This past week I had the pleasure of sitting down with a good friend and fellow functional fitness guy Mario Contreras to discuss his journey from 300 pounds all the way down to 178 and the motivation that keeps him aiming to get even better. Mario's faith and commit to his beliefs and goals is admirable and anyone who knows "Blood In Blood Out" is good in my book.
