This week the comeback tour is gaining momentum. All season long my fantasy team has been a roller coaster, if roller coasters only went down..... but finally there is light ahead! Arron Rodgers and AJ Brown finally read my fan mail and started balling out, thank the football gods for season not yet lost. As for my real team that I'm definitely a member of, just not in the team photo... The Arizona CARDINALS keep on rolling- Red Sea Rise up. And on a serious note I talk about going back home and connecting with my father. A role every boy needs in his life. Check it out!

This past week as I traveled back to the old desert for a wedding I had the privilege to sit down with one of my oldest and best friends to talk sports, the embarrassment that is da bears and the hardest part for anyone starting a business, podcast, or cult - support. Hey there, welcome back. This week we continue the updates on the emotional roller coast that is my fantasy football team. Another play bites the turf but its a long year, momma ain't raise no quitter, mainly because she wasn't around much but the devils in the details. And then I talk about out most valuable asset and the cost of greatness (mambaness) time. It can be a bitch but it's all we have and all that is standing in the way of everything we want. Use it wisely. Then to top it off I have a small rant about the ridiculous work ethic of Instagram's covid warnings.

Life is a rough place sometimes and when it beats us down it does it with a vengeance. But it's important in those dark times to remember how much power YOU have. It all starts with you, happiness, peace, growth. And no matter where you are in life or how alone you feel there is always someone out here to hear you out, we're not alone.

This week I want to take some time and talk about giving back. Life's got no shortage of problems. Rich, poor, smart or skilled in different ways...... problems come for us all. While we can't completely avoid them, it doesn't mean we shouldn't try to lend a hand. In fact I believe we should do all we can. Sure volunteering seems like a punishment and will its in fact used as punishment, I know from experience, but even just helping out those around us can make all the difference to the person on the other end of that help. 

You may never know who needs it.
