Whelp... I turned 30. My life is in maybe the best place it's ever been, but my anxiety is also the worse it's ever been. Why? lol. Plus, I HATE THE COOL GUY ACT.

Had a lot of fun stuff going on this week. But I also realized it isn't smart to wait to get "closure" before we move on with our lives. Plus, I think I discovered I'm not actually an introvert and I've just been lying to myself lol. And a surprise music lesson?

I keep going back to gratitude being the most important thing to keeping my mind right currently. Also, it's almost baseball season and I'm very happy about it which is cool because life doesn't always have to be serious. I also dive into my experiences with depersonalization disorder.

Took a week to breathe and reset. After another performance this week I reflect on why I think I keep getting so nervous and how I can overcome it. Plus, don't forget to do something nice for yourself every once in a while.
