This episode really has everything. And absolutely nothing. But somehow I come to the importance of staying in the moment. The past is but a memory, and the future is an unknown - the only thing we can be sure of is NOW.

The need to control everything in our path can often compel us to say "NO" to moments and opportunities that would ultimately enrich our lives. My solution recently has been simple: Just Say Yes.

Life is good! And I'm finally starting to accept that. But I think the reason I'm at that place now is from buying in to all the changes I've made. Plus I describe my most recent struggles with depersonalization. Not fun.
