I had so much fun interviewing and getting to know D'Andra Simmons from the Real Housewives of Dallas.  Oh, but she is much more than a star on this show.  She is an incredibly kind and compassionate person.  It was fun getting to hear some of the "behind the scenes" situations and was open and honest about the dynamic between the other cast members and how she is doing since the show ended.

On today's show, I talk with my dear friend Heidi who I have known for over 13 years.  When I met her she was running her own business, very successful and goal-orientated. She worked out and ate healthily.  I always admired her for her strength, emotionally and physically.  She was such an amazing leader, beautiful and kind woman.
 
Then one day an unimaginable tragedy occurred in her life.  Trying to navigate through her grief, it seemed that her tragic childhood and all of the trauma finally had caught up to her.  Emotionally tanked, she couldn't exercise anymore, and her migraines were out of control.  There was something wrong more than grieving her loss.

Years went by and I watched her become this frail person who was just doing her best to survive.  She went to many homeopathic doctors, medical doctors, and psychologists, trying to figure out what was going on with her health.  It seemed that the emotional and physical abuse from her childhood was rearing its ugly head causing all kinds of issues and had finally caught up to her.

I have learned in the last 5 years of my life's journey and always believed that trauma and pain not dealt with will end up wreaking havoc on your physical body, causing autoimmune disease, panic attacks, anxiety, and migraines to name a few.

Listen in and hear her amazing spiritual journey, which brought her through her darkest days with her husband, children, and grandchildren by her side.  She is now living and walking in her truth and able to LIVE again as Jesus gently held her hand to bring her the life she has today.

Today David Broussard will recount how he was called to follow the Lord 40 years ago when his band was ready to sign with a major recording label. How he obeyed His command and as a result stayed in the hair business where, by divine appointment, he and I met. 

David suffered a ruptured appendix yet he walked out of the hospital after 12 days with no surgery. While in the hospital the Lord gave David a vision about his healing and It happened exactly as He had shown him! All the while his wife, Michelle, encouraged David to start playing and leading worship again.

He'll share about the significance of his stunning sculpture, IT IS FINISHED™, and why it is such an important piece of art.  
Some helpful scriptures are Matthew 24:27-31, Daniel 9-12, PSALM 91 

David will share his view on the end times and conclude with a prayer for our listeners.
