[HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE WITH GRATITUDE]
There's nothing that I know of that can change your mindset quicker than adopting a gratitude mindset.
For something to change in your life, one of two things has to happen: your life changes, or you do. Waiting for life to change takes too long and it may never happen.
When you’re stuck in a problem mentality you miss out on all the opportunities for solutions that are knocking on your door every day, simply because you don’t even hear them or see them.
Open your eyes to a gratitude practice and all of a sudden things start to fall into place for you.
We also have a lot of negativity surrounding us and sometimes it's difficult to keep inner peace with all of the negative energy around us. So what can you do?
Use a tool called The Power Lead which I learned from Jill Coleman of JillFit Physiques. If there is someone in your life that brings negative energy, you come in with positivity first. You take the lead and interact in a positive way. This helps them meet your energy.
