Anatoly Onoprienko was a Ukrainian serial killer active in the 1990's that held the entire country in fear. He would go on to be in the top 5 most prolific serial murderers in the area that made up the former Soviet bloc. This week, we cover his early life and his first 20 murders. Keep in mind, 20 isn't even half of his final total.
