The relationships we have in our lives are so important, they are what shape us, help us grow and bring so much love into our life. It's important to practice healthy behaviors with the people that are closest to us so we can feel uplifted, supported and energized. When our relationships start to fall towards negative behaviors, they leave feeling drained and unworthy. I talk about how to maintain a healthy relationship and how to nurture the ones that need more love.
