Halloween is not all about dressing up and partying. Halloween or other wise known as Day of the Dead, Samhain, All Saints Day/ All Hallows Day is really a time to commemorate the dead and honor those who have passed on. The veil between the spirital world and earth is thin and therefore, its a great time to connect to your ancestors.

We are human, we mess up, screw up and learn and move on. Unfortuatley those screw ups can sometimes send us into a downward spiral and make us act in ways that we normally wouldn't. In this episode I share how best to handle mess ups.. atleast from my experinece. Its always important to approach oursleves with love and grace.
