I am a strong believer of staying focused and not deviating from your calling, because focused pursuits over time bring success. Whereas, deviations from your path slow down your calling to a standstill. However, we also have Holy Spirit inside us who knows how to navigate the ups and downs of a calling. This means that there may be seasons when Holy Spirit will direct you to take an anointed deviation that may appear to break your focus. The difference between an anointed deviation verses a self-appointed deviation is that an anointed deviation does not slow down the success of your calling. It will compliment it.
