• You have to set your intentions! And then you have to be intentional about it.
• Everyone gets in their own head and negative thoughts are real to EVERYONE!
• But the beauty of this process is that if you hear clues, you will know when it’s right to take action.
• What is your intention for 2021? Say it out loud and write it down and then start TODAY!
