Today's session is with Kayla Stoecklein. Kayla's and her family went through a horrific season of darkness, when her husband Andrew - an incredible pastor and leader of a mega-church, died by suicide in 2018.

Kayla talks us through Andrew's difficult journey with mental illness, as well as her own journey in the process. She has an important message to share, reminding us of the great need to understand mental health issues- because it's truly life or death.
