In this episode I discuss the benefits and how to's of setting healthy boundaries in your life. It seems that the world is creating more and more information that is coming to you from all sides, but the question is how are you coping with it? Are you frustrated or perhaps overwhelmed?
Too much information and demands on your time is a set up for a life of stress which will cause burnout.
Life can and will give you what you want, but you have to be clear on what you won't accept too (like demands from other people) ) In the end - you get what you settle for.
You have to be willing to put yourself first and notice how much freer you feel as a result. Happiness is not something you'll get later, it is something you choose in the now. And when you say yes to everything and people please ,it's going to back fire and you won't feel free and enjoy life.
The more you make space for your precious time and energy by saying no when you mean it and yes when you mean it - the better your life will go.
You deserve the best in life, but you have to be willing to set healthy boundaries with others in order to live it.
