If you follow celebrity homes, you probably have seen his work. It might have been Cuba Gooding Jr’s house in the LA TIMES. Or you might have caught him on the NAT GEO channel hosting American Mansion or even on Bravo’s show Launch My Line a decade ago.

You have heard him tell his stories in our previous podcasts of designing Frank Sinatra’s house and this episode is packed with how you can be helped in your projects by hiring an architect and how that can change your project.

A little more about David: Cuba Gooding Jr., Diane Keaton, Frank Sinatra, Rupert Murdoch, Brad Grey, Bob Hope, Manfred Simchowitz, and Jeff Ayeroff are just some of the celebrity clients who have chosen David Applebaum Architect to design their homes. Others like Quincy Jones, Esprit and Virgin Records turn to David Applebaum for their commercial work. Many more, far from the spotlight, also enjoy the studio’s brilliant design and incomparable service. David Applebaum graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1980. He earned a Master of Architecture from UCLA in 1984, where he was awarded Best Thesis Project. Prior to opening his studio, David Applebaum established his credentials and reputation for excellence at the architectural offices of Edward Grenzbach in Los Angeles, Franklin Israel in Los Angeles and Joseph D’Urso in New York City. David Applebaum has been licensed to practice Architecture in the State of California since 1990.

Sit down and fasten your seatbelt for this podcast adventure with my friend David Applebaum. -Eric G
