A Deep Dive into the Wildest Electric Guitars of '70s and '80s Hard RockFrom Flying V to Firebird, Explorer to Warlock-this is the untold story of the most outrageous guitars in rock history. Why did rock's greatest guitarists choose instruments that looked like weapons, spaceships, and abstract art? In Battle Axes, guitarist and music historian Sean Kelly explores the cultural and musical evolution of the world's most iconic "pointy guitars"-and how they helped define the sound and image of '70s and '80s hard rock and heavy metal. From the Flying V, Explorer, Firebird, and Moderne, to the rise of aggressive 1980s designs from Jackson/Charvel, Kramer, B.C. Rich, Dean, Ibanez, Hamer, and Lado, this is the story of how guitar design went from odd curiosity to arena-rock essential.Through deep research and interviews with legendary players, builders, and insiders, Kelly reveals how these instruments became more than tools-they became symbols of rebellion, speed, volume, and attitude.

Twenty-year-old Josiah Pippel of Moorestown, N.J., was crowned the winner tonight of "American Ninja Warrior," taking home the Season 18 title and the $250,000 grand prize. Additionally, NBC has greenlit the hit summer competition series for an additional two seasons. Seasons 19 will see the return of the iconic Mt. Midoriyama and Season 20 will celebrate the sport's inclusion in the 2028 Olympic Games with a special Summer of Champions, featuring several former Olympians and elite ninja champions from more than 15 countries around the world. To win Season 18, Pippel battled through the Qualifiers, Regionals, and National Finals, outperforming more than 200 of the country's best ninjas on a series of high-stakes obstacle courses designed to test speed, strength and endurance. The season also introduced the Tripleheader, an all-new supersized three-lane racecourse that raised the stakes with thrilling head-to-head-to-head races.  First appearing on “American Ninja Warrior” at 15 years old, Pippel has competed in six consecutive seasons without ever missing the National Finals. Motivated by a disappointing early exit in the Season 17 Finals, he returned for Season 18 with a renewed focus on speed and precision. His title-winning journey started with a first-place finish in his Qualifying round and a successful climb up the Mega Wall. After dominating the Regional rounds and securing the #2 seed in the Final Round of 32, Pippel began an impressive championship run, winning five straight head-to-head races to claim the title. Along the way, he defeated a formidable lineup of veteran competitors, including Donovan Metoyer, Matt D’Amico, Enzo Wilson, Nacssa Garemore, and defending champion Kai Beckstrand.  This season, the top four female competitors earned the opportunity to compete in a bonus tournament for a $50,000 prize and title of ANW Season 18 Women’s Champion. Reigning Women’s Champion Taylor Greene, an 18-year-old college student, successfully defended her title by defeating Isabella Folsom in the final head-to-head race, becoming the first female athlete in franchise history to win back-to-back titles.

I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   Why does the thought of food take over our business day decisions?  Plus…where in the Bible does it show Jesus slapping someone upside the head?    I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

-Missed Opportunity- I love sharing conversations.  Hosting requires show prep.  My podcasting platforms feature thousands of guests.  What you don’t have access to are the missed opportunities. The show prep was completed.  The conversation didn’t happen.  I keep all my notes! Paths will cross again.  Let me explain Missed Opportunity.  It’s my questions and statements without their answers.  I’m leaving open enough space at the end of each question hoping they’ll download the talk and insert their answers.Missed Opportunity is a lost piece of history.  Like a message in a bottle tossed out to sea. I hope to locate a destination…

Flocks camera systems.  Not just a U.S. thing.  How legal is it?  If the governments are watching us who is capturing the bad guys and why is it taking so long?  Plus when your religious beliefs at work are violated, what can an employee do?

An annual camping trip takes a horrifying turn when a church group mistakenly hikes into an unknown area of a remote forest and begin to disappear, one-by-one. But as they venture deeper into the woods to investigate, they realize they are being hunted by a giant, spider-like predator.and it's hungry for its next meal. Trapped in the forest by a complex obstacle course of webs alerting the creature to their whereabouts, it will be up to Megan Forrester (Lyndsy Fonseca), the unflappable leader recovering from her own recent tragedy, to decide whether she can trust Ricky long enough to help her lead any survivors to safety When one small misstep can mean gruesome death, they only have one option left: DON'T MOVE.Here's the trailer:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwoYYKyJo1g
