Anele shares the story…

 

My friend’s child is in boarding school and shared a very big secret with her but made her promise she would tell anyone.

He shared with his mom that his roommate who has now become his friend shared is selling cigarettes out of their dorm room in school. When my friend asked where he gets the cigarettes, his response was that he suspects it could belong to his parents because every weekend when they would go home the next Monday, he would come back with a sealed carton of cigarettes.

He told his mom that he is afraid that when he gets caught he might be in trouble too but does not want to tell on him because he uses the money to buy himself toiletries and because they are friends

She is asking what she should do?
