Love For Podcaster's Group Therapy.

Dave and Jim talk about good chemestry on the Podcaster's Group Therapy podcast. They do something cool where they have it so if a co-host can't make it they allow other people to step in and keep the show going.

Dave talks about his post on his website titled, "Maybe your podcast just sucks."

The podcaster had witches on his show and didn't put that at the beginning of the show. He also typed 32 words for his post .

It's always interesting when a podcast that is getting no audience saying "Podcasting is Dead."

Its so easy to copy the code for a player on to ANY website.

You might think about cutting longer shows into smaller bites.

This would add more time to editing (obviously).

Dave has been hearing about all the great things you can do with targeting on Facebook to really get to your target audience. No matter what service you use, be careful and have a specific action you want people to take (as it can get expensive pretty quick). Jim's business uses Google Ad Words.

Mike explains a tool to follow people who are potentially like you and then later you can do some automatic follows. Its more of a target follow than a blanket follow. Everyone wants more listeners (even Tim Ferriss). We are in a peak of podcasting, and people may get disenchanted. Don't do things just because everyone else is doing. John Lee Dumas in his speech at Podcast Movement stressed being unique. The average is around 2000 downloads per episode. Find your best audience listeners and put 80% of your effort into them and let them be your brand advocates. Dave did an episode a while ago that you can market like Jesus.
