There was plenty to be happy about for the Arizona State Sun Devils football program following its 40-3 domination over the NAU Lumberjacks last Thursday, which gives us plenty to celebrate and appreciate moving forward. Between the powerful rushing attack, the discipline on defense, and the exceptional special teams' performance, we have little to complain about. Of course, there are some things to work and improve on, even if it feels like some nitpicking, from the game. Can we expect the passing game to take a step forward? Can we trust guys to finish plays and not miss as many tackles? We saw an improvement in the penalty department, but will this be the norm for 2022 or will there be regression? Most importantly, we need to take the good and the bad from this game and create some goals for the Arizona State Sun Devils football program headed into its matchup against the Oklahoma State Cowboys in Stillwater, Oklahoma this weekend.
