It turns out 70's and 80's television was more Woke than we knew. Poetry, poetry, and more poetry. There's a racial element to different types shootings. Then more poetry, poetry, and more poetry. 

New location. Same BS. Somehow two people who have only seen one episode of Game of Thrones each spend way too much time talking about it. Turns out we're against nuclear weapons. We get in a big fight about the Royal wedding- oops- funeral, but we pull it together in the end. 

J returns from his assignment in Cuba. We discuss baseball celebrations and the bad boy of bowling before we get to J's report from Havana. K.M's lack of patience eventually pays off when J tells the story of his first night in Old Havana blacked out drunk and hanging with gangsters. Following the episode, J chronicles the Hemingway plantation, Finca Vigia, outside of Havana.

K.M's sober August is over! It's one week until J goes on assignment to Cuba. The guys get tipsy together for the first time in over a month while they range through a wide range of topics and nonsense. Brace yourself for the definition of "saddlebacking." 

J comes heavy with the poetry while we discuss everything from Trump's ceased classified papers to Southern Decadence and the possible super spreader event of the Monkey Pox virus. It's the one year anniversary of hurricane IDA and we reflect on that experience. Last but not least, we say goodbye to old "Gorby."
