Nikki is a Women’s Holistic coach, public speaker and Mind-Body Practitioner.  

She came into the health and fitness industry as a body builder 5 years ago. However, in the last 2 years, she has become more interested in the psychological and neurological approaches to wellbeing.  

Nikki has experienced some trauma which taught her a lot about mental health, and she hopes by opening up about her experience with trauma, she may help shed a light around mental illness and be a voice for others who too, may be struggling.
