In this episode, a small Mooney private aircraft is taking off from Beverly, Massachusetts with two people on board, when the pilot reports losing thrust on the engine. He attempts to turn around and return to the airport for an emergency landing.

Sadly, the aircraft crashes only one mile from the runway, and the pilot receives fatal injuries.
