●目前仍有總計5,810,000戶擁有領取10萬日圓特別給付金的資格，卻還沒拿到特別給付金。
●如果已經申請了卻遲遲未收到匯款，或者是沒有領到補助申請書，可以向市役所諮詢。有許多地址不明的申請書，因為無法送達正確地址而退回市役所。若是申請書遺失，也可以向市役所再度提出申請。
●申請特別定額給付金是有期限的。從您所居住的行政機構受理申請開始三個月後是申請的期限。有許多行政機構的受理申請期截止至今年八月中旬，不過仍依照您所居住的區域而有所不同。
●關於特別定額給付金的申請事宜，在Youtube上Living in Japan TV頻道中，chapter13和chapter14這兩個影片有提及。並且，翻譯成多國語言供大家參考。

Many people have not received Special Cash Payment of 100,000 yen even though they are eligible for the benefit.
5,810,000 households, which are eligible for this benefit, have not received the money yet.
Please contact the city hall if you have not received the benefit even though you applied for it or have not received the application form. Many application forms were sent back to city halls because of unknown addresses. If you lost the application form, you could get them again.
There is the deadline for the application of Special Cash Payment, which is 3 months from when your municipality started to accept the applications. There are a lot of districts with the deadline for this application in mid-August. The deadline is different depending on the area of your living.
Living in Japan TV, a YouTube channel, also explains this application of Special Cash Payment in several languages. You can find the information in videos, Chapters 13 and 14.

●10万円の特別定額給付金(とくべつていがくきゅうふきん)を、もらえるのにもらっていない人が、たくさんいます。
5,810,000世帯(せたい)の対象(たいしょう)の人が、10万円をうけとっていません。
●申し込みをしたのにまだあなたの口座にお金がふりこまれていない人や、そもそも申し込みの書類(しょるい)をうけとっていない人は、市役所(しやくしょ)に聞いてください。市役所から郵便(ゆうびん)で送ったたくさんの書類が、住所(じゅうしょ)の宛先(あてさき)がわからず、市役所に戻ってきているそうです。書類をなくした人も、もう一度もらうことができます。
●申し込みには、しめきりがあります。自治体が受付をはじめた時から、３ヶ月です。8月半ばにしめきりをする自治体が、たくさんあるようです。あなたが住んでいる地域によって違います。
●YoutubeのLiving in Japan TVの動画でも、特別定額給付金について、いくつかの言語で紹介しています。chapter13とchapter14の動画です。気になる方は見てください。

日本將允許持有在留資格的外國人重新入境日本。第一批允許入境的對象是2020年4月2日以前離開日本的人。8月開始開放再次入境日本。隨後將逐步允許更多的持有在留資格的外國人重新入境日本。

首先，將允許具有永久居留權的外國人永住者、日本國民的配偶或子女重新入境。接著，留學生、與教育有關連的人和海外派駐者也將允許他們入境。至於持有其他在留資格的外國人，日本政府還在討論何時可以重新入境。

將從新冠肺炎確診案例較少的國家及地區開始允許重新入境。

再次入境時，必須施行PCR檢測。日本政府將在國際機場建立新的PCR檢測中心，以提高檢測數量。

July 19, 2020 [Tips.2-English］Some foreign residents will be able to re-enter Japan_on July 18,2020

Foreign residents will be allowed to re-enter Japan. This re-entry targets people who left Japan before April 2nd 2020, and re-entry will begin in August. Gradually there will be more foreign residents allowed to re-enter Japan.
First, foreign residents with permanent residency and spouses or children of Japanese nationals will be allowed to re-enter. Oversea students, educators, and expatriate employees will follow them. The Government is also discussing when people with other residential status can re-entry.
The permission of re-entry will start from countries and areas with fewer cases of COVID-19.
The re-entry requires a PCR test. Japanese Government is going to create new PCR test centers in international airports to increase the testing capability.

●在留資格を持っている外国人が、日本に再(ふたた)び入国(にゅうこく)できるようになります。最初の対象は、2020年4月2日より前に、出国を(しゅっこく)した人です。はじまるのは8月からです。再入国が許される外国人は、順番(じゅんばん)に増える予定です。
●はじめに入国が許(ゆる)される人は「永住者や日本人配偶者等」の在留資格を持つ人です。そのあと、留学生(りゅうがくせい)や教育関係者(きょういくかんけいしゃ)、駐在員(ちゅうざいいん)も許されると言われています。ほかの在留資格についても、政府(せいふ)は相談(そうだん)しているところです。
●新型コロナウィルス感染者(かんせんしゃ)の少ない国(くに)や地域(ちいき)から、入国許可(にゅうこくきょか)がはじまります。
●再入国(さいにゅうこく)するとき、PCR検査(けんさ)をうける必要があります。日本政府は、国際空港(こくさいくうこう)にあたらしいPCR検査センターを作り、より多くの検査ができるよう、準備(じゅんび)を進めているところです。
