F.L.O.W. is a rapper from Queens, but is so much more. He also was one of the guys that stayed outside a woman's house in Queens for several months when she was beeing terrorized by neighbors. F.L.O.W. and Rob discuss how that developped. 

F.L.O.W.  is the creator of the Flow Nightly Network a curated space for honest elevated conversations about black culture with industry movers and shakers and opinionated fans alike. F.L.O.W. has several EPs his latest For the Queens and For the Kings are projects he made for black men and black women.

F.L.O.W. blasts through all of Rob's typical questions, they talk about New York dances and Atlanta dances, and F.L.O.W's beef with one particular sound effect.
