It's a lovely weekend, guys! While I was playing the video game Far Cry 6, I kinda stumbled on Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast.Bill Burr is amazing! He's a comedian from Boston, USA and man, I just like his dark comedy. So I thought, instead of answering your questions on Instagram, maybe doing a long episode would be better. This allows me to share more of my thoughts with all of you, instead of being restricted by IG's time limits. As of right now, I am going to call this series Pete's 2c -- you know, my '2 cents' worth. You can send me an email at [email protected] with any questions you might have. I am not promising I'll be reading all of them on air, haha, but yeah, I'd still like to hear from you guys.Let's take a look at this first batch of questions I got here:09:40 -- Have you ever come to Brazil?15:25 -- Should I pursue this guy from Perth who just ghosted me?28:00 -- Can an Australian resident work in New Zealand and vice versa?30:33 -- Can you give tips about relationships with foreigners?43:44 -- Is it easy to get Mexican food in Australia?49:11 -- What's it like living in Melbourne?54:57 -- Is it really easier for kids to learn languages than adults?1:10:15 -- Do you have a religion?1:16:28 -- How has being a parent of 2 [children] affected your relationship [with Kel]?Thanks for listening today, guys! I'll see you in the next episode!Improve your listening skills today – listen, play, & pause this episode – and start speaking like a native English speaker!Send us Fan Mail

Look out for these cows, because they're heading to the fields, and they're trained to pee and poop. In a world overrun with pollution, it's always a good idea to do your part. In today's episode, we talk about livestock researchers who have hit a major breakthrough in toilet training cows! Listen in today and find out how they trained these cows to pee in a 'bathroom stall', got rewarded for it, and reduced pollution from their waste which helped fight climate change.Improve your listening skills today – listen, play, & pause this episode – and start speaking like a native English speaker!Send us Fan Mail

I love Karl Stefanovic of TODAY Show Australia!Have you seen that Australian guy surfing innocently while a shark has been flipping around behind him?In today's episode, I am going to show you about the surfing culture in Australia.I got the funny video Hilarious Surfers Have Reporter In Stitches | TODAY Show Australia on my screen and man, Karl's first reaction is priceless.I'll tell you about the much-stereotyped 'surfer dudes' in Australia, and why they always seem to have unkempt beards. Also, I will be talking a bit about sharks in Australia - remember this recent video I did about dangerous animals in Australia? https://youtu.be/17ofTJK6kf0And lastly, I will break down the curious vocabulary these awesome surfer dudes use. Like the use of the slang word 'bro' instead of mate, or saying 'hang in there!' Karl laughing his heart out is so infectious, it gets me every time, haha!Is there an Australian stereotype you would like to know more about? Tell me in the comments!Send us Fan Mail
How's the week going, you mob?Today, we're talking about fascinating animals and trees in Australia! One story is about bandicoots -- these are marsupials; like kangaroos and wallabies; they just don't walk with their rear legs. Each time they dig, these little rat-looking animals contribute to the health of the ecosystem because this way, the soil catches more water and nutrients. Another story is about the adorable squirrels! A recent study by the University of California claims that squirrels have personality types, like humans. We also have another story about the Hollowhog. Designed by Matt Stephens from NSW, it's a wood carving tool designed to make holes in trees so that animals can live inside it.And lastly, we talk about eucalyptus trees. A very unusual feature of eucalyptus trees is that they need fire to release their seeds, so you can actually help them by setting them on fire!Send us Fan Mail
