I recently had dinner with Phil Anderson (one of the worlds leading property historians).
I asked him where we are in the current real estate cycle and what's coming next.
He responded by saying the 18.6-year real estate cycle is currently on track and that he could see Australian property prices increasing by 50-70% in a number of locations between now and the end of 2026.
It was a great dinner and I'm so grateful to have an investor like Phil Anderson in my life.
