We discuss three scenarios: rate cuts in May 2024, August 2024 and Nov 2024 and how each could come to pass.

We discuss 3 massive changes to macro-economic factors expected in 2024 and how it will impact the property market.

Specifically:
> We unpack how tax cuts impact borrowing capacities and which markets it will improve.
> We discuss the probabilities of rate cuts & what it will do to housing sentiment.
>  Finally, we run through WHEN, not IF, APRA will relax lending standards further.

Combined, these three forces can add up to 30-35% in borrowing power and reverse financial conditions from 'tight' to 'loose'.

Could this spark the next property boom later in the year or in 2025?

We go through the latest economic scorecard, discuss latest employment data & what it means for interest rates in 2024.
