Later in the episode, Roxy bravely shares her story of her battle with breast cancer and how keeping a sense of purpose brought her through.  As a person who rarely asked for help, she realized in her battle who her "tribe" truly was, and the importance of that support system.  She also discusses how she applied the learnings in her battle in helping others going through the same.

In this episode, we examine what our values are, what they could be and how to change any misalignment in them.  We also look into a variety of topics that play into our values, such as posing the question 'What makes you angry?  Why? And where does it stem from?'  Amy also talks about her personal journey and how her move from NY to Florida was important for her.  She also goes a bit more into the relationship with her father and examining what needs healing and how to get there.

In this episode, we have special guest Danielle Warn.  Danielle, a recent college grad who has been in the workforce gives a view on finding alignment while in her 20s.  She made a big move, releasing a relationship, a living arrangement and a job in quick succession.  Some would call it a crisis, but she calls it finding alignment and happiness.  She speaks on that many that are her age are placing more value on freedom and happiness.  While this was not an easy road, it was a necessary one.  She goes into how women specifically find themselves apologizing and making ones self smaller to make others more comfortable.  She also discusses the importance of her support system in this journey.
