Unfortunately, we've all been there. We enter a relationship with high hopes believing this person might be the ONE, only to cruelly learn the opposite.
It may even feel like a broken record, one painful relationship after another, and we’re left wondering how it happened again despite the vow to NEVER ignore the red flags and choose healthier relationships.
Thankfully, the cycle isn't who you are, and you can learn how to heal at a subconscious level that allows you to step into your authentic power and become a magnet for the love you deserve.
And my very special guest, Morgan Danielle, will pave the road to help us achieve this goal. She is a Relationship Coach who founded the Empowered Academy to help women rewire their minds, break free from toxic relationship patterns, and attract loving and supportive relationships.
Throughout this episode, Morgan dazzled me with her knowledge and experience and her inspiring way of guiding women to maintain their boundaries, value who they are, and never settle.

We all grow up learning a specific set of principles that tell us what success is and how we should achieve it. For example, we should follow the rat race and go to college, settle into a career, have a family, etc. But what if we want to shift away from this paradigm, free ourselves from the 9-5, and redefine what success looks like to us?
It will look different to everyone, but if we reserve time and space to look inwards instead of filling our lives with external sources and expectations, we discover success is more than merely materialistic pursuits.
It’s energy, time, freedom, enjoyment, satisfaction, and so much more! In this episode, our guest Jess Bubbico, teacher, mentor, and podcaster, teaches us how to fulfill our own definition of success.
As a Manifestor in the Human Design world, Jess shares her incredible journey. She began her career as a speech therapist and after starting a side job, decided she wanted something different. She now works as a mentor and teacher who empowers her clients to redefine what success looks like by breaking away from societal standards. She truly embodies what can happen when you choose to live and work in a way that feels aligned for you.
Ready to step into your biggest and brightest self?
Here are the key takeaways that will make you look at everything in your career through a more liberating and empowering lens…

Some mother-child relationships are filled with love, compassion, and support, whereas others are draining and abusive, both physically and emotionally.
Not all relationships are picture-perfect. And the trauma we experience in childhood can echo well into our adulthood, manifesting in severe physical and mental health implications.
Geraldine Crane, a Serene Spiritual Empowerment Guide, is here to share her healing journey after experiencing an abusive relationship with her mother for years and how you can heal your mother wounds too.
She specifically shares how her mother’s physical and mental health and her role as her caregiver impacted her collectively, how she shifted careers from a probation officer to a coach that guides others to heal their childhood wounds, and how you can break the pattern of toxicity to recognize how incredible and powerful you truly are.

February, the month of love, while exciting, can also feel a bit lonely, especially if you’re recovering from a divorce.
It is certainly a trauma, and life can feel impossible to bounce back after your marriage ends. But you’re a vibrant, powerful, and sexual individual who deserves to heal, reconnect, and rediscover your pleasure.
I am SUPER excited to share that Victoria Icenhower, Sex Coach and Yogi Extraordinaire, will teach us how to achieve this goal.
In this episode, you’ll hear about how she went from a people-pleaser to an empowered self-pleasurer, how she transformed a life based on societal expectations to aligned purpose, and how she supports women to boldly tap into their sexual desires and live a life in tune with their needs.
She is a living example of what it means when you toss the rule book and decide to live a life meant for you in every facet - mentally, physically, and of course, sexually.
Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? Well, Victoria teaches us how to have the most satisfying slice while, most importantly, loving ourselves and boosting our confidence.

Liz Zamorski is someone I have had the pleasure of knowing for over a year now, and she, like all my guests, truly inspires me with her zest for life, pure soul, and mission to be a source of light, compassion, and love for the world.
Her story radiates just how special she is. In this episode, you learn how she transitioned from being a corporate lawyer to an intuitive tarot card reader, how losing her brother jump-started a lifelong spiritual journey, and how she tapped into her authenticity to empower herself, her husband, her daughter, and her clients.
She is the BEST person HANDS DOWN for this week’s topic. When we embark on a spiritual journey, sometimes our partners and loved ones don’t quite know how to match or reciprocate our same level of enthusiasm.
They may question or feel what we’re doing is unorthodox or peculiar. Or we may fear our spiritual growth may scare them or create a distance within our relationships.
But not to fear, to help our partners understand more about our self-development journeys and support our transformative paths, Liz has a few takeaways you won’t want to miss…

In this episode, Diana Piechoczek and I chat about a sensitive yet needed topic about how you can heal from narcissistic abuse, find a partner who empowers you to be your best (Oh, it’s possible) and support others dealing with the same situation.
I feel grateful to have the incredible, powerful, and intelligent Diana share her expertise, both professionally and personally.
Diana bravely discusses how her mentally and physically abusive relationship paved the path to transforming her life, how she recovered from a severe illness resulting from the abuse, and how you, too, can ultimately increase your awareness about the warning signs, claim your life, and build your self-love.
Are you ready for another positively life-changing episode? You know you can always trust me to deliver, and today is no exception.
Together, we can break the cycle of trauma and create a path of individual and collective healing and growth to empower everyone to realize: they deserve better, they are ENOUGH, and to never settle for anything less than extraordinary.
