Hey guys and welcome back to season 2 of B the Main Character! Today we are going through my current AM+PM schedule around my full time nursing job during the fall and winter months, that helps me thrive, make the most out of my personal time, and achieve self care. Here is the layout to screen shot or look back on:
AM routine **NO PHONE during this routine
- 5am wakeup & make bed, get ready for morning movement
- tongue scraping FIRST followed by oral care and ice rolling
- electrolytes
- morning movement & infrared sauna
- high protein breakfast & more water BEFORE caffeine (coffee)
PM routine
- steps (outdoor or indoor)
- chores/house needs
- dinner while prepping/packing lunch for the following day
- eat dinner and take vitamins, magnesium and shot of aloe vera juice
- sleepy mocktail (tart cherry juice with sparkling ice water or olipop)
- set the mood (candles, christmas lights, dim light)
- oil pulling for 10 min while doing skincare routine
- gua sha 3-4x per week
- read, journal
- wind down routine with hatch alarm, finish with meditation (red light)
- asleep between 9:30pm-10pm for about 7-8hrs of sleep for an easier 5am wake up call
