If you find yourself going for the pantry or searching in the refrigerator when you’re feeling down or upset you might be struggling with emotional eating. Something very common and done to give ourselves instant gratification can turn into what us Ope Babes like to describe as SSB - Self Sabotaging Behaviors. Negative emotions can sometimes cause us to have an emotional void, and in return we think we can quickly fill that void with food. This can be the same for other types of addictions too, such as alcohol or drugs. On this emotional episode we feature two personal guests, Ariana and Andrada, who share with us their experiences they’ve had with SSB. We open up about our past - revealing when it all began, discuss our triggers, and hold ourselves accountable for how we are going to overcome our struggles.

Learn about Intentional Energetic Intention, and the wounded and divine masculine and feminine throughout this episode.
