Apologies for the late upload, I've been vomiting my brains out the past few days from the flu.
Finally Connor and Grace's stories collide! Connor and his pirate buddies make a reservation at a nearby land pub; how considerate of them to book ahead. Meanwhile, Grace is trying to fight off a thirsty (pun intended) vampirate, and the vampirate captain comes to her rescue as a swarm of bees?

This book should be the inspiration for a TV show called "The Real Pirates of the Caribbean". Connor and Captain Wrathe bond, and he has his own Mary Sue moment as he fights off two grown-ass professionally trained swordsmen with no experience himself. Meanwhile, Grace proves to us how she is totally different than other girls

In this part of the book, Grace is still stuck with Lorcan, who is written as an Irish stereotype. He's basically river dancing on the sea. We learn about the pirate Ivy League university, which ironically is not in Colombia

Connor is learning his way around his regular pirate ship, while Grace is obviously stuck on the vampire one but hasn't figured it out yet. Vittorio and Betsy cringe as Grace is forced to deal with an extremely stereotypical Irish pirate, meanwhile Connor's pirate captain literally has seashells braided in his hair and enjoys a good crying sesh.

Vampirates is a series written by Justin Somper about, you guessed it...vampires that are pirates. Connor and Grace Tempest are our pick-me main characters, who run away from a town where everyone wants to love them only to be picked up by pirates at sea. Although these aren't ordinary pirates...they will live laugh love with you all day until you want to vomit.
